Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
  • Meatballs:
  • Ground meat of your choice (I prefer a mix of beef and pork)
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoison sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • half an onion minced
  • ⅓ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 egg
  • ⅔ cup panko
  • Teriyaki sauce:
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • ⅓ cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups water
  • Chinese Noodles
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Fresh ginger sliced
Instructions
  1. Meatballs: Mix all together and form into balls
  2. Brown in sesame oil
  3. Remove from pan
  4. Saute vegetables cut into slivers — I used onions, carrots, broccoli and fresh ginger— in same pan, season with soy sauce and more sesame seeds, toss. Cook until slightly tender.
  5. Whisk all ingredients for sauce
  6. Remove vegetables from pan, add meatballs back with sauce, cook bubbling for 5 minutes. Lower heat and add veggies. Stir.
  7. Boil chinese noodles until soft but just slightly cooked. Drain and add to to mixture. Stir well and serve.
